Marketing Assistant

Mark’s is currently searching for a Marketing Assistant for its corporate headquarters located in Fort Worth, Texas. Mark’s is a well established and expanding national distributor of over 80,000 plumbing, electrical and MRO items. The duties and responsibilities of the marketing assistant will include coordinating and assisting with advertising, customer events, and participating in trade shows. Additional duties will include sourcing new product lines, negotiating pricing with vendors, and assisting with presentations.

Preferred candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, and possess 5+ years experience in sales, purchasing, or marketing in the plumbing industry. Preferred candidates must also possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and have excellent communication skills.
