These shower heads come with a built in water restricter and adjust from a needle spray to a full wash. Body is made of ABS plastic with an adjustable 2" black spray face. Ball joint is made of brass with two flats for easy installation or removal. Head has a flow rate of 2.5 GPM from 20 PSI to 100 PSI.
