The Grundfos Comfort Series System uses a small but powerful pump which is powered by a single phase 115 volt motor that has a ten foot plug-in power cord. The pump is installed at the hot water heater and a patented comfort manifold is installed under the furthermost fixture from the heater. Hot water will be instantly at all other fixtures. The pump produces a flow rate of 3.4 GPM and a lift of 3.5 feet. Pump will function with a minimum water temperature of 36°F to a maximum of 150°F and a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI. For best performance, set the timer to turn pump on 15 to 20 minutes before normal scheduled need.
