Here it is: solderless copper bonding. Just-for-Copper Pro¢â is an innovative solution to the time-consuming and potentially dangerous hot soldering method of connecting copper pipe or tubing to copper fittings, etc. It is as permanent and as durable as a hot soldered joint, but will save up to 70% of your labor cost. Just-for-Copper Pro¢â is safe to use on potable water systems, as well as natural and LPG gas lines. Simply sand your pipe and fitting, shake JFCP bottle, then apply a small bead around the inside of the fitting and around the leading outer edge of the pipe. Insert the pipe into the fitting, twist 360° twice within ten seconds. In only ten seconds JFCP makes its initial bond. After 45 seconds, you can¡¯t break the bond with your hands. After seven minutes, the bond will hold 200PSI, and after 24 hours the bond will hold 500PSI. Has a tensile strength of 1,300PSI. Temperature range of -40° to 245°.
