Superior adhesion to most common building materials including concrete, wood, brick, aluminum steel, glass, tile, marble, stone, and etched PVC. Seals out radon gas. Permanently elastic, cures to a tough, durable, flexible consistency with exceptional resistance to cutting, tearing, aging, and weathering. Will not harden or shrink.
