Mark's Flame Shield is made of 100% glass yarns and is treated with a special coating that allows the glass cloth to withstand moderate molten metal and sparks. The Flame Shield will aid in preventing burn damage or a fire when working with a torch close to or inside of walls. Simply place the Flame Shield blanket behind and below work area to protect wood, etc., from heat or flames. Blanket is reusable, non-asbestos safe, flexible, and is unaffected by oil, water, or heat up to 1,200 degrees.
